Sweet and Salty Popcorn Cupcakes

Light, fluffy vanilla cupcake. Heavenly swiss meringue buttercream and POPCORN! These are so cute and so delicious!

For the Cupcakes:
1 cup butter, room temp
2 cup sugar
1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
4 eggs
1 tbs vanilla
1 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 cups cake flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 cup milk

For the Buttercream:
5 egg whites
1 cup plus 2 tbsp sugar
Pinch of salt
1 lb. butter, cut into tbsp room temperature
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
2-3 cups popcorn (for garnish)
