2 boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch pieces
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
1/2 tablespoon cornstarch
1/2 cup dry roasted unsalted cashews
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
