This pizza is seriously delicious, and the crust actually turns out to be pretty similar to a wood-fire experience straight from a conventional oven. The sweet chili sauce gives it such an awesome taste, and topped with Sriracha, this pizza is very unique and flavorful.

For the Dough
5 Cups of Flour
1.5 Teaspoons of Salt
2 Tablespoons of Honey
1 Packet of Instant Yeast
1.5 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
2 Cups of water (room temperature)
1 Tablespoon of Garlic Powder
Toppings for sweet Chili Chicken Pizza
1 Chicken breast, seasoned with Salt, Pepper, Cumin, and Oregano, and grilled and cubed.
1 Cup of Sweet Chili Sauce (in the Asian section at the grocery store)(This could be more or less, depending on how much sauce you want on your pizza).
Mozzarella Cheese Slices (enough to cover the pizza)
