Sweet Pea Soup with Shrimp

This is a amuse-bouche, one-bite appetizer. You can always increase the amount and serve as bowls of soup.

½ cup cooked sweet peas
2 tablespoon water
½ tablespoon miso paste
1 tablespoon orange juice, divided
2 shrimp
Peel and devein shrimp, clean. Cook and chop into small pieces. In a blender, blend sweet peas, water and miso paste to make soup. (If you want, you can strain the soup through a strainer to make it more smooth.) Pour soup into two separate cups. Add orange juice and stir to combine. Divide chopped shrimp and put half in each cup.
