This sweet potato mash is the perfect healthy side dish to accompany any meal, it’s sweet, rich and packed with flavour! I’ve used coconut milk to add richness, while the cinnamon and ginger help deepen the natural sweetness of the potatoes. When buying the coconut milk, look for one without emulsifiers (guar gum, carrageenan, methyl cellulose, corn starch, sodium or potassium metabisulfate) as these are chemical additives which cause the fatty and watery layers to stop separating from one anot
