Rice (1 cup)
Milk (2 cups)
Cardamom powder (1/4 teaspoon)
Saffron (pinch)
Water (2 & 1/2 cups)
Almonds (4 pieces)
Raisins (8 to 10 pieces)
Cashew nuts (4 pieces)
Ghee / butter ( 2 teaspoons)
Pistachio (4 pieces)
Sugar (5 table spoons)
Milk (2 cups)
Cardamom powder (1/4 teaspoon)
Saffron (pinch)
Water (2 & 1/2 cups)

Raisins (8 to 10 pieces)

Ghee / butter ( 2 teaspoons)
Pistachio (4 pieces)
Sugar (5 table spoons)
Wash rice in running water for 2 to 3 minutes and use thick pan to boil rice.
Boil 1 cup of rice in 2 & 1/2 cups of water on a medium flame for ten minutes until it becomes soft. Do not overcook.
