Sweet Rosemary Barbecued Salmon

This salmon is great for any time, lunch, supper and even brunch! It is perfect for every occasion and tastes great!

1/3 cup sweet n' sour salad dressing (see recipe here: http://www.myrecipemagic.com/recipe/recipedetail/sweet-n-sour-salad-dressing)
1/4 cup orange juice
fresh or dry rosemary springs
2 cloves, garlic
4 salmon fillets
1. Combine all ingredients except for the fish. 2.Pour 1/3 of the mix over salmon 3. turn fish over to coat both sides of each filet 4. refrigerate one hour to marinate. Refrigerate the rest of the sauce mix to save for later. 5. Heat the BBQ to medium high heat 7. Remove salmon from marinad. Discade the marinade. 8. Place salmon, skin side down on plank. 9. Grill for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. 10. Brush with dressing mixutre for the last few minutes Bon Appétit! ;)
