I was quite surprised at the outcome of this recipe. It was AMAZING! It tasted just like what you buy at an authentic Chinese restaurant! Make it because I know you’ll love it!

3-4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
salt & pepper
1 cup cornstarch
2 large eggs, beaten
1/4 cup vegetable oil
SAUCE:

3/4 cups granulated sugar
4 Tbsp ketchup
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
