Taco Tuesday: Eddie Can’t eat Meat

This one’s for you, brother. I know he loves his Carne Asada tacos. But he decided to cut down on his meat intake. I know that he’s been having some trouble getting the hang of his new diet. As for myself, I been doing well maintaining a plant- based diet for a couple months now. And because of that i decided to come up with a meatless taco. I hope he enjoys it as much as i did putting it together.
