Sour Chocolate Cake Recipe

1 cup buttermilk
1 cup granulate sugar
2 tbsp butter
3 tsp cocoa powder
1 (½ cup) self-rising flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 egg whites
1 vanilla pod
1/2 cup almonds
1 tsp almond extract
