Indian saffron rice made with meat balls. This is a 3 step recipe where you prepare the rice, the meat balls and then assemble them together for the final dish. Though the procedure is quite long but the dish is extremely tasty, savory and extravagant if one follows the steps precisely.

550 grams Minced meat
450 gram Basmati Rice
1 teaspoon Sunflower oil
2 teaspoon Coriander seeds
18 Whole cloves
2 Cinnamon stick
2 teaspoon Cumin seeds
3 cloves Garlic
1 Onion
1 Tomato
70 grams Butter
1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
1 teaspoon Coriander powder
0.5 teaspoon Red Chili powder
2 teaspoons Garam Masala Powder
0.5 teaspoon White pepper powder
2 tablespoons Tomato puree
1 cup Water
1 handful Coriander leaves
100 mg. Saffron (Ducros)
to taste Salt
