4 cups gluten free flour blend (can use slightly more or less, should be like thick cake batter)
1/3 cup sugar
2 teaspoons salt
1 Tablespoon yeast
4 Tablespoons butter, room temperature
2½ cups milk (or dairy free substitute)
1 egg
1 Tablespoon butter (melt when ready to use)
