Teriyaki Rice and Broccoli

A delicious twist on rice and veggies :)

4 servings of instant white rice
1 Tbl olive oil
2 cloves garlic
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
frozen broccoli (amount to your liking)
Prepare white rice according to direction on the box. While that is cooking, cut the garlic cloves into small pieces.Once the rice is done cooking, heat the olive oil and garlic into a medium skillet on medium heat. Pour the cooked rice into the skillet and stir with oil and garlic. Then pour the teriyaki sauce into the skillet and stir until all the rice is coated in a nice brown. Add in the frozen broccoli, cover, and turn to low heat. Let cook 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Voila! Done :)

15 gram Ginger Root Adrak ( 1 inch knob, finely chopped or grated )
5 gram Serrano Pepper Hari Mirch ( 1-2 in number, finely chopped )
150 gram Onions Pyaz ( 1 cup or 150 grams or 1 medium size, finely chopped )
400 gram Sweet Potato Shakarkandi ( 2 cups or 400 grams or 2 medium size, peeled and cubed )
2 tablespoon Lime juice Nimbu ka ras ( 2 Tablespoons, juice of one lime )
2 tablespoon Cilantro Hara Dhaniya ( 2 Tablespoon, handful, finely chopped )
