An interesting twist on the typical stir-fry dish; Tex-Mex style!

1 pound eye of round, thinly sliced
1/4 cup lime juice
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 cup onion, thinly sliced
14 ounces canned, diced tomatoes
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
a dash cayenne pepper
1 cup red enchilada sauce
3/4 cup onion, chopped
