This delicious combination of pork and cold rice is the perfect way to use up leftover rice in your fridge.

4 cloves of garlic, minced
Pork loins, cut into strips
2 cups day old rice (cold)
1 cup Kale, shredded
2 tsp Thai fish sauce (You can buy this in the store)
