A beautiful dish that is not only lovely to eat but attractive to look at. The thai spices will make your kitchen smell fantastic and the cost of preparing this dish won\\\'t break the bank ! .
500g minced pork
1 chili chopped
2 chopped garlic gloves
1 tray of chopped mushrooms
Juice from 1 lime
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp crushed lemon grass
2 tbsp thai basil
Good handful of chopped coriander
Pullet of cherry tomatoes chopped finely
4 cups of uncooked rice
Salt to season

In a small dish combine the lime, soy,fish sauce and sugar. Stir well and put to the side.
