Thai Wrap & Peanut Dipping Sauce

I had one of these from a restaurant once and knew I had to recreate it at home! It is easy, delicious, and that dipping sauce. Oh my. I could eat it with a spoon!

Wrap:
Spinach or plain tortilla
Cooked rice
Packaged coleslaw mix or broccoli slaw
Package of matchstick carrots
Fresh basil (dried works in a pinch)
Diced English cucumber
Thin sliced turkey or chicken
Dipping Sauce:
1/2 cup water
1/4 teaspoon chicken bouillon
3 tablespoons grape jelly
5 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
1 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes
