The first time I saw beet I thought I'd never like it because it's a root crop so it'll have a strong earthy flavor. Drinking it pure is may cause vomiting (if you're not used to it) but when you mix it with the right ingredients like apple, you'll get a sweet "fruit punchy" like drink. Beet has been known as one of the nutrient rich foods out there that'll boost your stamina, detox your body, lower down high blood pressure and improve sexual health. Yes!

1 lemon (unpeeled) – should not be waxy
1 beet (peeled)
1 zucchini

For those using a vertical auger juicer
Cut spinach into half inch chunks
Cut apples into eights
Cut the ends of the lemon then quarter it
Peel the beet and cut into quarters then half those quarters...
