The Easiest Lasagna EVER!

Using a jar of spaghetti sauce, canned tomatoes, and not having to cook the noodles makes this recipe super fast to cook!

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 cloves garlic
1 can or jar spaghetti sauce
1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
1/2 cup water
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. basil
16 oz. cottage cheese (or ricotta)
3 1/4 cups mozzarella
10-12 lasagna noodles (I use regular lasagna noodles, I don't precook them, and they turn out great)
