Anyone not working out today, it’s all about those proteins and fats so it’s got to be the #smtfleximenu Tikka Masala for tea. This beauty is full of flavour and takes no time at all to prepare. Give it a bash

180g chicken breast
7g coconut oil
1?2 tinned tomatoes
45ml coconut milk
1?4 onion
1tsp turmeric
2 tsp garam masala
1 crushed garlic cloves
1?2 tsp grated ginger
1 tsp smoked paprika
1tsp salt

Serve with 50g any greens or mixed bag of salad
