1 1/2 cup basmati rice
4 large ripe tomatoes
1 large onion
2-3 green chillies
1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
2 teaspoons peanuts
8-10 cashews,broken
1 teaspoon channa dal
1 teaspoon urad dal
10-12 curry leaves
1/2 teaspoon mustard seed
