Tropical Popsicles

A super simple summer treat comes together from fruit you\\\'ll never get eaten before it goes bad!

4 frozen bananas
2 cups fresh pineapple
1 mango
2 T creme de coconut
Place all ingredients in a blender. Puree until smooth, pushing the ingredients into the blades with a tamper if necessary. Divide the mixture between prepared popsicle molds and freeze until firm.

Who doesn't love having a good Caesar salad! However, having Caesar salad in restaurants is never a healthy choice. As, it is always loaded with excess fats and calories. I have prepared an entirely healthy homemade Caesar salad in a tortilla bowl that rivals that of any restaurant.
