Tuna Potato Bake

One evening I really didn't feel like cooking dinner, so I decided to throw together something quick and super simple! I cut up a few potatoes opened a couple cans of tuna and a new family favorite was born!!

1) 4-6 Med-Lg Potatoes, washed well with cold water. Finely cubed
2) 2 cans Tuna, drain only one can you will need a bit of the juice
3) 1 Cup Grated cheese any kind you like)
4) 1 Cup green beans

A) Combine cubed potatoes, green beans, tuna and tuna juice
B) Add spices and place in a oven safe casserole dish
C) Cover and bake at 400F For 15 minutes
D) Remove cover, add cheese and broil on the lowest rack for 5 minutes. Until cheese is bubbling
E) Let stand for 5 minutes before serving
