A easy and yummy turkey meatball, mozzarella and fresh basil skewer. Paired with homemade tomato sauce.

2-3 oz. almond or regular milk
1 lb ground turkey
1 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
1 tsp. black pepper
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
20-24 mozzarella balls
20-24 basil leaves
10-12 wood skewers
12 oz tomato sauce
2-3 oz. almond or regular milk
1 lb ground turkey
1 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
