Turkish Kunafa

Middle east Arabian dessert. Delicious, mouth watering and healthy.

* 200 grams kunafa vermicilli
* 1/2 cup sweetend condense milk
* 1 cup cream cheese
* 1/2 cup sweet rose water syrup
* 2 ounce sugar
* 2 ounce melted butter
Preheat the oven. Take two bowl. In one bowl add sugar, melted butterand kunafa vermicilli. In other bowl add condense milk and cream cheese. Grease a square baking tray sprinkle kunafa mixture which cover the bottom pour the condense milk and cream cheese mixture over it and againg sprinkle kunafa mixture over it. Bake it 10 to 15 minutes. Plate it n before serving pour sweet rose water syrup over it.

1/2 c vegetable oil
1/3 c milk
2 eggs
2 t vanilla extract
2 c all purpose flour
1/2 c unsweetened cocoa powder
1 (½ t) baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon kosher salt
1 c shredded zucchini ( patted dry )
