Two-ingredient Plantain Bread

This plantain bread makes great sandwich bread. This bread is the perfect thickness, and if you use a 10? cake pan, the result is four perfectly-sized pieces of bread, which then result in two perfectly-sized sandwiches.

1 plantain
2 eggs
1 blender
1 cake pan (I used a 10?)
1 oven set at 350 degrees
