Ultimate Pineapple Upside Down Cake

I grew up eating my grandmother's take on pineapple upside down cake and I have to admit it's nothing like any other pineapple upside down cake recipe out there. My grandmother's is sweet with a caramelized sugar glaze on the pineapples. If you like pineapples and cake you must give this a try! Serving Size = 1 piece.

½ cup – Butter
1 cup – Brown Sugar
1 can (20 oz.) – Pineapple Rings
3 Eggs
1 cup – Sugar
1 teaspoon – Vanilla
1¼ cups – Flour
1½ teaspoons – Baking Powder
¼ teaspoon – Salt
¼ cup – Pineapple Juice, saved from pineapple rings

Preheat over to 365 degrees. In a heavy 10? skillet melt butter, remove from heat when melted. Mix in brown sugar and spread evenly. Gently press pineapple rings into mixture. Separate eggs, beat the whites...
