Vanilla-Almond + Peach Overnight Chia Pudding

1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk, or sub another milk
1 cup peach yogurt
4 tablespoons chia seeds
1 and 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon almond extract, optional
1 and 1/4 teaspoon truiva, or 1 tablespoon honey/agave

This crispy fried chicken sandwich recipe is better than Chik-Fil-A, Popeye's or McDonald's! The chicken breast is brined in pickle juice, breaded with flavorful seasonings, fried until golden brown, and then piled on a toasted brioche bun with lettuce, tomato, pickles and mayonnaise. Serve the sandwich with a side of waffle fries and homemade Chik-Fil-A sauce for dipping!

4 chicken cutlets
1/2 c milk
1/2 c dill pickle juice
2 c all purpose flour
2 T confectioners sugar
2 t baking powder
2 t paprika
2 t kosher salt
1/2 t black pepper
1/2 t garlic powder
1/4 t onion powder
