1/2 small onion, chopped
2 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp basil
1 small bag baby spinach
1 lb penne ziti pasta
1 1/2 cups ricotta cheese
3 cups mozzarella cheese
4 cups marinara sauce
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
