A bean and corn casserole with a Mexican flair, all topped with a cornbread like topping. It is super easy to throw together, and perfect for easy dinners.

3/4 cup frozen corn
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder

1 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup white whole wheat flour
1/2 cup cornmeal
1 Tablespoon sugar
1 Tablespoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 Tablespoons melted butter or coconut oil
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
