Venison Sausage Stuffing

The perfect side dish for so many meals, and great for a crowd! Now if you don’t have or are not a fan of venison sausage just swap it out for any other sausage you prefer, it will change the flavor a bit, but not the recipe.

½ lb venison sausage
1 tbsp butter
1 onion, peeled & chopped
1 celery rib chopped
3 cups chopped toasted bread of choice (I like to use different types for texture)
1 cup vegetable broth
1 tsp oregano
½ tsp thyme
Salt & Pepper to taste
