Very Berry Banana Smoothie

This smoothie is packed with the good stuff to keep you going. Healthy, tasty, and a child favorite!

-2 bananas
-1 cup strawberries
- 1 cup blueberries
-1 cup raspberries
-1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup dairy (can be Lactaid or Almond Milk)
- 2 TBS Chia Seeds
- 1 cup ice
Cut the bananas into 1/2 inch pieces and place into the blender. Next, add your berries. add Dairy product, cover and blend. Next, add Chia Seeds, Ice and honey. Cover, blend, pour into glass and enjoy!
