Very easy, fast and simple Stir-Fry.

1 teaspoon oil
1 kilo pork tenderloin
3 sliced carrots
1 small broccoli, florets cut
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
2 green onions
