Easy to make, hearty and nutty walnut baguette. Perfect sidedish for grilled meat, antipasti, spicy cheese, strong red wine, soups and stews.

500 grams flour
45 grams fresh yeast
1 egg
1 tablespoon olive oil
300 milliliters of warm water
150 grams of chopped walnuts
1 tablespoon salt
