Walnut Crumb Apple Treat for One

Sweet cooked apples topped with crunchy walnuts that only takes 10 minutes!

2 tbsp coconut oil
2 apples, diced
1 tbsp raw honey
Pinch of Salt ( I used Pink Himalayan)
2 tbsp milk (optional)
Handful of walnuts

Handful of walnuts
Heat your coconut oil in a small pan, on medium heat.
Add in your diced apples, honey, salt and milk (if you choose). Cook for 8 minutes until apples are soft and have a yellow - brown hue.
