? Ice cubes
? 1 cup cold water, divided in half
? 1 pkg. (3 oz.) sugar free Jell-O Strawberry Flavor Gelatin
? 3 tablespoons miniature sugar free Nevada Manna semi-sweet chocolate chips
? 1/2 pkg. (4 oz.) light Cream Cheese, softened
? 1-1/2 cups fat free COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed
