Move over hummus this White Bean & Roasted Garlic Dip is going to be your new go-to for healthy veggie dipping. Smooth, creamy and totally delicious. Gluten-free, dairy free and super easy to make.

1 head of garlic
1 can of no-salt-added white kidney beans
1 tsp each of salt and pepper
½ tsp. dried red chilli flakes
3 tbsp. olive oil

Cut the top off the garlic and drizzle lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Wrap tightly in tinfoil and roast in a 375° oven for one hour until soft and caramelized.
