White Chocolate Peanut Butter Cake with Peanut Butter Filling

The ultimate for peanut butter lovers! Peanut Butter cake with peanut butter filling and iced with white chocolate whipped icing. All this wonderful goodness then topped off with White Chocolate Peanut Butter Pieces.

*Peanut Butter Filling – makes 2 cups of filling
1/2 cup of peanut butter
4 ounces of cream cheese, soften to room temperature
1/2 cup of sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup of powdered sugar, sifted
1/2 cup of cool whip or whipped cream
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
*Peanut Butter Cake – 2 8” round cakes
2.5 cups of self-rising flour, sifted (Martha White or White Lily preferred)
½ cup of brown sugar
¾ cup of granulated sugar
½ cup butter, really soft but not melted
¼ cup of cool water
½ cup of buttermilk
¼ cup of vegetable or canola oil
2 eggs slightly beaten and at room temperature
1 cup of chunky peanut butter
*White Chocolate Icing
2 cups of heavy cream
¼ cup of sugar
1 box of white chocolate instant pudding
Cold Milk to thin (if needed)
