a copycat version of my favorite whole foods green smoothie

1 1/2 cups of coconut water
1 1/2 cups frozen banana, mango, and pineapple chunks
1 cup of kale
place ingredients {in the order above} into the blender jar blend util you have the desired consistency {in my blender I alternated between ice crush and puree}
