Wieners mac and cheese with eggs and tomato sauce.

1 lb. (454 g) elbow macaroni (al dente)
7 oz (200 g) Gouda cheese (coarsely grated)
1.5 oz (50 g) butter
3 wieners
2 eggs
2 tablespoons tomato paste
2 medium onions (diced)
1 medium carrot (coarsely grated)
1 bunch dill (shredded)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
