World’s Best Smoothie

A bright, flavorful and refreshing smoothie that can keep you full for a long time! Oh, and it tastes kinda amazing too.

1 ripe banana
1 apple
1 cup berries (I use a frozen mix of strawberries, blackberries, blueberries and cranberries)
2½ cups cold pineapple juice
1 tablespoons flaxseed
2 tablespoons oats
1 teaspoon ground cardamom
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
(optional: 1 teaspoon honey or agave if your berries are very sour)
