Today I wanted to start the day with an energy boost, so I made a super delicious breakfast.

- 2 eggs;
- 1 small summer squash;
- 3 tablespoons of fresh cow cheese;
- 4-5 cherry tomatoes;
- 1/2 green onion;
- parsley;
- 1 small hot pepper (optional);
- 4-5 small mushrooms;
- a pinch of salt;
- 1/2 tablespoon of thyme;
