A Superfood Blueberry Protein Smoothie loaded with whole grains, protein, antioxidants, omega-3 & fiber. An all-in-one smoothie great for post workout recovery and detoxing the body.

½ cup frozen blueberries
1 small zucchini, peeled ~3/4 cup
1 cup fresh baby spinach
2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
2 tbsp Gluten Free oats
1 scoop protein powder or ? cup Bob\'s Red Mill Protein
½ tbsp hemp seeds
optional: sweetener of choice
Add all ingredients to a blender and combine until smooth. Transfer to a glass and enjoy!
