Zucchini parmesan chips with feta sauce

Baked zucchini chips dredged in parmesan,a healthy appetizer,promised to satisfy the biggest picky eater!

2 medium zucchinis
1 cup gluten free breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 zucchinis, thinly sliced to 1/4-inch thick rounds
1/2 cup gluten free all-purpose flour
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 large eggs, beaten
For the feta sauce:

1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup feta cheese
1 spring onion
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp thyme
1 tbsp olive oil
