These gluten free, dairy free, zucchini walnut muffins are equally delicious and healthy!

Ingredients
2 3/4 cups of Gluten Free All Purpose Whole Grain Flour
1/4 cup of ground GOLDEN FLAX SEED
2 teaspoons of Baking Soda
3/4 cup melted Coconut Oil
1 cup of Brown Sugar (or you could use 1 1/4 cup of Raw Honey, the muffins just won’t be as sweet)
2 Eggs
2 teaspoons of Cinnamon
2 teaspoons of pure Vanilla extract
1 teaspoon of Nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon of Sea Salt
2 1/2 cups of Shredded Zucchini
