This is an Italian Dish with a few changes. Not a kale lover? Try parsley.

6 cups of water
1 cup heavy whipping cream
3 large potatoe,s cubed
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp dry basil
1/2 pound ground beef
2 cups curly parsley
2 real bacon bits
salt to taste
1. Pour 6 cups of water into a pot and bring to a boil. 2. While the water is coming to a boil, brown the ground beef in a skillet and 1 tbsp of oil and then set aside. 3. Once water started boiling, add the potatoes and chopped onion and simmer until potatoes are cooked through. 4. Once the potatoes are cooked through, add the ground beef, salt, paprika, garlic powder and basil. Mix. Then add the heavy whipping cream. Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes 6. Garnish each plate with parsley and real bacon bits.

Red fufu with lamb chops and sautéed spinach is an unexpected recipe that is surprisingly delightful. I like my lamb chops well done. When it comes to searing meat, I keep it simple by seasoning with salt and pepper. The sauce is the ingredient that brings everything together.
