Cream of Cauliflower Soup

Creamy potato & cauliflower soup

1 large cauliflower
3 large potatoes
1 onion
2 garlic cloves
1 cup double cream
shredded cheddar cheese for serving
3-4 boiled eggs, sliced, for serving
flax seeds for serving(optional)
salt and pepper
