This is a refreshing, low calorie (when compared to normal soda) drink that not only looks beautiful but tastes great as well! You can omit the half and half and it still tastes just as great, but you don't get that beautiful white marbling!

- 8 ounces seltzer (I used white chocolate flavored seltzer, but you can use any flavor!)
- 1 T flavored syrup (I used shaved ice syrup I found at Target with the ice machines- I went with cherry, but you can pick any flavor of your choosing. You could also use the coffee syrups that they sell in a variety of flavors. Feel free to mix and match!)
- 1 T half and half
- {optional} whipped cream and cherry for garnish

Fill a tall glass with ice. Pour 1 T of your flavored syrup over the ice, then pour the seltzer into the glass. Stir well to mix the syrup into the seltzer. Before serving, slowly pour 1 T of half and half...
