This is a wonderful side dish that can compliment turkey or any other meat dinner. It is easy to prepare, inexpensive and healthy! Try it as a healthier addition to your Thanksgiving dinner or other Winter holidays!

Kale Holiday Side Dish

12 ounce kale
2 apples
2 ounce pecans ( halves )
2 ounce cranberries ( fresh or frozen )
2 ounce goat cheese


Heat up and grease a baking pan. Cut and place the apples in the pan for about 1min each side until slightly soft. Add the kale and stir for another 3-4 minutes. You want the kale to be slightly warm but leaving it for too long will make it too soft.
Place the apples and kale into a bowl or platter. Add the cranberries and pecans and mix together. Sprinkle the goat cheese on top. Enjoy while warm!
