For my first Fall meal of the year, I chose Chili, but not just any chili.. Pumpkin Chili!!!! I'm so excited about this.. I have a basic recipe I go by with making chili and then I tend to tweak it differently each time I make it.. this time I didn't use anything spicy hot like peppers and I traded it in for canned Pumpkin and Pumpkin Spice =D

16 oz Ground Turkey Meat (Optional)
2 cans Kidney Beans - Drained
1 can Cannellini Beans - Drained
1 can Black Beans - Drained
2 cans Corn - Drained
2 cans Diced Tomatoes
1 can Tomato Sauce
1 can Tomato Paste
1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 tblsp Pumpkin Spice
2 tblsp Chili Powder
2 tblsp Onion Powder
2 tblsp Garlic Powder
3-4 tblsp Cinnamon
just a sprinkle of Sea Salt
another sprinkle Sugar
2 cans Kidney Beans - Drained
1 can Cannellini Beans - Drained

2 cans Corn - Drained

1 can Tomato Sauce
1 can Tomato Paste
1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1. Spray your crockpot/slow cooker with Olive Oil Spray.
2. Toss in all of your beans and corn AFTER draining and rinsing.
3. Break up your Turkey meat as you toss it in.
